I ordered 17 garden markers on 6/12. Delivery was due 6/21-29. Wrote on 7/3 to inquire on status. Rcvd automated msg on 7/3 noting shop was "closed for the 4th of July weekend" and they'd respond on Monday. Rcvd response on 7/8 that stated, "We're missing some herb stakes and we are still working on them, as soon as we have more details we can share them with you." After 6 additional days of no status update, I wrote again today (7/14). Rcvd another automated response stating, "Our factory is going to be closed from July 13 to July 21. We are still receiving orders but keep in mind that is not going to be until July 22 that we are going to process your order." This now puts my order at a minimum of 23 days late with no additional information on the status of my June 12th order. I've now requested a cancellation at this time.
