Wheel-Thrown
Every Jefferson Street piece is thrown on the wheel by a potter, then trimmed, glazed, and fired in our Salt Lake City studio. No molds, no slipcasting, no overseas production.
Made for Use
Built for the oven, the table, and the dishwasher. We design and test every form for daily kitchen life — pie dishes that bake evenly, bowls that stack, mugs sized for a real cup of coffee.
Family Studio
Jefferson Street is one of two sister lines under JJ Potts Studio, alongside our garden line. Three generations of the Neff family, 25 years in clay, one studio in Salt Lake.

Designed for both intimate restaurants and high-volume commercial kitchens. Every piece is crafted in-house using our proprietary commercial-quality stoneware clay and house-mixed glazes from locally sourced, non-toxic, lead-free materials. Dishwasher and microwave safe.

Diverse custom shape tooling for quick turnaround on both small batch and large production runs. Our hand-crafting process delivers varied custom shapes with uniform consistency.

We formulate and match glazes in any color, finish (glossy or matte), and effect (speckled or variegated) to meet your specification.
