Amazing craftsmanship! Each piece has wonderfully unique characteristics while being consistently produced to a high standard. Love the glaze choices. Arrived carefully packaged and in perfect condition despite the carrier dumping the large box into a garden bed at the side of the road, in the rain. The box was soaked through but inside, the pieces were well-protected and ready to display! Thank you!

I asked the seller if I could pay for rush shipping because I needed it within 5 days, and they rushed it out with no extra charges. Would buy from them again!

I got 2 to give as a gift and now we have decided to get some for ourselves.

Everything went well, I had a couple others and it was exactly like the them, great for gifts. A little ruff but just what you expect from a hand made item, great for garden accents.

Outstanding quality, beautiful glazing. We are using it as a memorial to my brother in our yard and couldn’t be happier.

It’s beautiful, almost too beautiful to put outside in our garden pond.

It is very cute and perfect for my fountain. The underside didn't get completed finished with the glaze but how I have it situated you can't tell. Fast delivery.

Looks even better than the photo. Can't wait to put them in the dry stream in my yard. They feel sturdy. They were packed very well (I am hoping I may be able to recycle the styrofoam....) It would have been nice to have instructions for the stake, as it didn't fit the fish and my husband was quite insistent that I shouldn't bend them. Well, I pulled the two ends of the stake slightly apart and it worked fine.

These ceramic rainbow trout are just beautiful displayed around my fishpond. Communication in trying to locate if they had shipped out was not the best. I was told they hadn't shipped but would get them sent out. I received them the next day and I don't understand why they didn't know. The quality of each piece is amazing! I hope they make another design (like a brook trout) and in a different movement.

The fish is just as described and pictured. The color is very pretty and it has a good metal stake. Second one like this and I would get more.

I ordered the set of 3 and based on other reviews thought they would be different colors. I got two that are the same colors so that was disappointing. I guess you should specify on your order if that’s what you want? I figured it would be automatic. But the items themselves are nice and shipping was fast. Thanks

The fish is great. Unfortunately the stake has two clear rubber like pieces to protect the fish, I only got one.

I haven't reached out to customer service yet, but I plan on reaching out to them. I bought 3 trout. They look nice, but as you can see in the pic; they arrived with pieces broken out of the bottom near the opening, & the bottom fin is missing paint, which concerns me, being that it's going to be an outside decoration in my dried out riverbed in the front yard. I'm concerned that because the ceramic is not sealed it will get water damage. I'm bummed too that the eyes aren't as detailed as in the advertisement. For the price per trout I was hoping to get what was in the advertisement. It's still a very nice trout. Better than anything I've seen on the market. They came in excellent packaging. I checked for the broken off ceramic piece in the packaging, but it was not there, which tells me this was broken before shipping.

I purchased the trout to be sent as a gift to a teacher in West Virginia. Each year her 3rd grade class raise trout and release them as part of a conservation plan and ecology/biology lesson. The trout was perfect, nicely packaged, arrived well ahead of estimated time via FedEx and the teacher loved it. This was my second purchase from Roo's.

Didn't send a variety of colors mainly same color family. What makes them fo pretty and special is all the different colors together.

The item itself was adorable, but I emailed the seller twice and never got a response. It was packed nicely and overall fine, but when all other sellers go out of their way to make the experience exceptional, I would think twice about it, especially since this is an item you don't need, it's just cute.

I bought some of this color after getting the red with polka dots. These are really well made and look great in the garden without being kitchy. They are pretty big too, fitting in well with most plantings. Love them!

We loved the first set of fish that we bought so much that we bought 3 more! These fish are stunningly detailed and a joy to look at. They are significantly higher quality than fish that I have seen at garden shows.

The trout are beautiful, and look amazing "swimming" in the front yard garden.

Beautiful and artistic. They really make a statement in my woodland sculpture garden. No chance of being broken as they have a spray foam that expands, around them that does make getting them out a little messy. Recommend these highly.

These toadstools are perfection: sturdy, flawless glaze finish, colors true to photos, good delivery. Six out of five stars.

The trout I ordered finally arrived. They do not appear to look like what is pictured. They are much darker and almost brown in sunlight. The seller did not ship until weeks after the order and was not very prompt to return messages. The stakes are very difficult to mount in the holes at the bottom of the trout. There are scratches and defects in the glaze and trout that make me feel like these were seconds. For the price even with the so called early bird discount and no other reduction for delay in shipping or quality, I would not recommend this product.

Bought these as a gift for my sister. She loved them and can't wait to add them to her garden in the spring.
