Shipping Policy

All orders ship from our studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items (such as custom color or size selections) may take 7–10 business days. During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Carriers Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best rate and delivery time for your location.

Packaging Because our products are handmade stoneware ceramics, every order is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@jjpottsstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Lost Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your order.
