I really wanted to love this, however the pump does not fit onto the soap holder very well and because of that it broke in a week. Shipping took a long time. Not worth the wait or money.

These dispensers are stunning and unique! The labels add a special touch! In my order, I had chosen the brass pumps, but I received 1 brass pump and 1 silver pump. They immediately sent me out a brass one! I will buy from them again for sure! These are gorgeous!!!

I understand that due to being out of stock, they had to make more, however, I had to reach out to the seller multiple times for updates. This soap dispenser is the perfect size for my bathroom. I have been trying to reduce waste and buy in bulk, and needed something for my face wash.

Also, the glaze might be the softest smoothest glaze in the world. The color exactly matches the picture, and the pump is high quality.

This dispenser’s timeless design works for us. The only problem is that there are no other components to make a set. (ie. toothbrush holder or soap dish)

Minimalist and modern with the white and pale grey colors, it is also earthy with the clay peeking through at the top and bottom. This ceramic soap pump is just beautiful! It has a nice weight to it as well. For some reason my soap pump was dripping a little bit of soap after each pump, but the seller quickly shipped 2 new pumps to me at no charge. I also ordered a 2nd one of these pumps because I loved it so much!

Let the buyer beware as the saying goes. Fine product line but terrible customer service. My purchase was well within the accepted time frame for meeting an on-time Christmas delivery, however, it was well after Christmas when my package arrived. Not only that, I received the wrong item! I made three attempts to contact the owners to make an exchange for the correct item yet ZERO RESPONSE from them. They've been paid in full and I am stuck holding something I did not order. Suppose I can always post it on e-Bay for resale to break even.
